Reflection- What part of this lesson did you find useful? How do you intend to use these skills for future searches?

I think the most useful portion of this was to recognize that a lot of research can be done by simple putting together a logical operation to help scope in search results. This is compared to just typing in a question on google and getting thousands of unnecessary search results.

  1. Ed,
Glad to hear you appreciate controlled searching!! I think it will save you a lot of time and frustration. You did a good job using the Boolean operators correctly. Like many of us who are used to typing the whole question in the Google search box, you could probably make your search statements more simple. You don't have to include every concept, just a couple (sometimes only one) of the most important.

I would like for you to say more in your reflections.

    Keep up the good work,
    Sue
